About This Client

Water Tech is an innovative manufacturer located in New York City. The client developed a revolutionary handheld, battery-operated pool cleaner, the Pool Buster, which has stirred up a storm of interest in the pool industry.

About This Project

Water Tech asked us to produce a virtual reality player for their flagship product - the Pool Buster. We had the product photographed in 360 view (samples of the photos provided in the links on your left).

After photographs were taken, we masked them out of the background, and alligned them around their common central axis.

After simply dropping all the photos into the main timeline of a blank flash document, we then generated a swf file. This file is provided as a paramter to 6FootMedia's VR player - and voila! The resulting animation can be view by clicking on the link on your left.

About 6FootMedia's VR Player

Our VR player comes in two flavors:

• VR Player 360 is for the development of 360 wrap-around images taken with an immersive camera or by stiching individual images from a standard camera. Using this player you place the user in the center of a virtual world which surround them. The player offers mouse detected movements, zoon in and zoom out.
• Product VR 360 is for displaying products such as an electronics, vehicle, architechture, or any other item for which images can be generated. In this player the user is stationary while the product rotates around an imaginary center.

Using our players does not require any programming knowledge or experience and our players can be co-branded and customized to your needs.
