Water Tech is an innovative manufacturer located in New York City. The company developed a revolutionary hand-held battery operated pool cleaner which has stirred a storm in the pool industry.
About this project
6FootMedia created a streamlined website with separate sections for each of the product categories. The site was designed entirely in flash, and contains visual effects that are simple yet leave an impact with the visitor that Water Tech is a company at the cutting edge of technology.
Technical Notes
The site contents are stored in external text files, which makes updating an easy task. 6FootMedia is aware of client concerns on the need to rehire the original designer for updates and small changes, especially when it comes to flash websites. We therefor provide our clients with external administrative tools to easily manage their website and update content. We also developed a mirror site, completely in CSS, which pulls the same content from the external files used by the flash site (see the section on Web Technologies > CSS
