Identifying the browser

This server page was developed with broad support to varying browsers. Because we heavily rely upon CSS for formatting, the style sheet is being dynamically constructed to fit the Default 0.0 browser you seem to be using.

This is accomplished using the MSWC.BrowserType server component and an up-to-date BrowserCap.ini file. If you would like to download a BrowserCap.INI file (including support for IE6 and search engine spiders) click here. Gary Keith has kindly made available BrowserCap.ini files and tools on his website.

Working with images

The images in this page are retrieved dynamically using a custom written script. The script loads the JPG file to be displayed in the slide area, and resizes it to the correct icon size. Not a simple feat considering an image might be portrait or landscape, and accomodating for white space on the top/bottom of the image or on the sides of the image, depending upon the ultimate size of the image after rescaling.
